John Martin is ONE YEAR OLD!!!

Birthday Parties… the joy of life! Seriously though, it’s amazing that our culture takes a day out of the year to celebrate a person! John Martin turned One this month and we had a party! He is so dang cute I think we should have more parties for him! haha I have had so much fun taking photos of this kid. I got to take his mommy’s maternity photos, then we did his 6 month photos and now the big One Year! I hope one day I can do his wedding photos… but I will probably be an old fart that is totally stuck in the 2010′s???? haha Well I guess I will just roll with it for now :)

Here are some photos from the birthday party, but then I threw some of the old ones in too! What a beautiful little boy who came from some GORGEOUS parents~~~

Labor & Delivery… some of my favorite places to take photos. I know that probably sounds super weird, but I think it is a beautiful miracle how babies are brought into this world and it’s an HONOR to be able to capture that~! These two beauties were born in the OR, but I was able to take some photos just minutes after they had been born! SO FUN. TWINS!!!!!!!! The most gorgeous twins EVER, and they were so healthy… thank you Jesus!

I had a blast taking these photos! It was sort of trippy that there were TWO though. It kinda took some getting used to! But anyways. Here are some of my favorites from that day :)

Josh & Caitlin Engagement.

Josh and Caitlin are getting married next summer and I am OH so happy for them! Me and Caitlin practically grew up together… her and her family lived across the street from me. Me and my younger sister were super good friends with Caitlin and her older sister! Best Buds really. Best friends clubs and all! It was seriously an honor to be able to take these photos! Little Caitlin is all grown up now and gettin married :) I’m so proud of you girl~ You found a good one!

I’m sorry but no, these photos are not of Kim Kardashian! haha. Here name is Persia and she is one of the most stunning people I have ever met. She is so full of life and passion. I had so much fun taking these photos of her… we were jumping around and laughing the entire time, and had WAY too much fun. And this is NOT the end of our photo history together… just wait till this baby comes! I love when the weather turns out to be more than perfect on the day of a shoot! Although I hate pollen, it does look gorgeous when it’s floating in the air being lit by the glorious rays at sunset!
